I’ve reviewed thousands of insurance policies over the years and I uniformly find significant mistakes when insurance policies have been issued. Not necessarily due to the fault of any one party but just the fact that no one never checks the insurance policy after its been issued to be sure that it provides the proper coverage.

If there’s a loss in such a situation, it can be catastrophic to the policyholder. We urge here at our firm that all policyholders have their policy packages reviewed; perhaps not every year, but every two to three years with a professional who’s not involved in the sale of the policy to be sure it provides appropriate coverage for the risk that you face.
