Neal Geitner

Neal Geitner’s law practice is focused on sophisticated estate planning, estate settlement, estate-related litigation and serving as general counsel for privately-owned businesses. After more than 30 years as an owner and partner at a 20-attorney local law firm, Neal moved his loyal and still growing practice to MacDonald, Lee & Senechalle, Ltd. in 2022 so that his clients would have the benefit of our strengths in each of those practice areas. In his estate practice, Neal custom designs and builds estate plans, coaches executors and trustees when the day comes to settle those estates, represents professional fiduciaries and advocates for clients in disputed estates. His business practice spans from the creation of a business entity to its ultimate disposition by sale or inheritance, including all of the legal needs of the business and its owners along the way.

Neal and his wife, Robin, grew up in Deerfield and raised their four children in Lake Bluff. These days, travel plans mostly involve visiting kids and grandkids in Paso Robles, Denver and Philadelphia. He is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia Law School, home of the 2022 National Champion Georgia Bulldog football team.
